At ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for HVAC and water technologies, Systemair showcased its latest solutions for sustainable ventilation and climate systems. As part of their commitment to healthy indoor environments, Systemair partnered with Aranet to demonstrate real-time indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring directly within their booth.

Throughout the five-day event, Aranet sensors provided live data on key IAQ parameters, CO₂ levels, temperature, humidity, air pressure, and radon, offering both booth visitors and exhibitors a firsthand experience of what it means to monitor and optimize indoor environments in real-time.

Key Takeaways from ISH 2025

IAQ in Focus: Interest in indoor air quality continues to grow, especially in the context of energy efficiency and occupant well-being. The integration of Aranet sensors into the Systemair booth helped emphasize how crucial real-time data is for making informed ventilation decisions.

Data Transparency: Aranet’s wireless sensors continuously displayed IAQ data via an intuitive dashboard, allowing booth visitors to see the direct impact of air handling units and airflow changes during live product demos.

Seamless Integration: The collaboration illustrated how easily Aranet sensors can be integrated into existing HVAC systems—without complex wiring or extensive setup—enabling fast deployment in commercial and institutional buildings.

IAQ Insights: Indoor air quality at the Systemair booth varied throughout the event, reflecting real-life dynamics in crowded indoor spaces. According to Aranet sensor data, CO₂ levels fluctuated depending on ventilation and foot traffic. On the third day of ISH, ventilation rate increased, and CO₂ levels improved noticeably—even with many visitors still present at the stand. At the same time, warm spring weather outside pushed indoor temperatures to as high as 27°C around lunchtime. All of this data was measured and logged using Aranet Pro equipment, demonstrating the importance of continuous monitoring and real-time insights for maintaining a healthy indoor environment.

“It was a pleasure partnering with Aranet to visualize indoor air quality efficiently and accurately at our large-scale booth at ISH 2025,”

says Morten Schmelzer, Head of Group Public Affairs & Technical Marketing Director, Systemair AB commenting on the collaboration.

“Such partnerships are crucial to continuously and increasingly raise awareness of healthy indoor air and make it a standard requirement in buildings worldwide – same as we regard a comfortable temperature level as given. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Aranet in line with our ‘Ventilation – The Heart of Air Treatment’ campaign, which highlights the importance of fresh air ventilation, filtration, and measuring technologies in ensuring good indoor air quality. Stay tuned, as there’s more to come.”

“It was great to see so many HVAC professionals engaging with real-time air quality data and understanding the value it brings—not just to systems performance, but to people’s health and comfort,”

said Martins Pavasars, Business Development Manager for HVAC at Aranet.

“Partnering with Systemair at ISH 2025 gave us the opportunity to demonstrate how easy it is to make indoor climate data visible, actionable, and impactful.”

We thank Systemair for this collaboration and look forward to continuing to help organizations worldwide measure and improve indoor air quality using simple, scalable wireless solutions.
